- Born in Berhampur Orissa had initial schooling in Tamilnadu. Studied Marine engineering in I N S Shivaji Naval centre. Served Navy for 10 years and Merchant Navy for 3 years. Joined Port of Vizag in 1965 and retired aas its Chief Mech Engr in 1991. Served with World Bank for Cambodia. Has been writing in Tamil and English, and won several awards. interest in web postings, like mintamil etc.,
